There are some key factors when it comes to improving a forehand. The best and easiest way is to make sure you keep things simple. An early preparation is a necessity which gives you time to make an informed decision where to hit, followed by quick footwork to get into the correct position and making contact in front of your body.
Ensuring good balance and no head movement on contact will make sure your forehand is hit effortlessly and with good power. Once you have mastered these skills it is then time for some quality practice and repetition. Remember, its not how many balls you hit but how many quality strokes which will improve you forehand. Good luck and keep swinging.
